RESULT PLAYBOOK

What to improve after the assessment

For weak items, the tool shows the selected level, explains the risk, recommends an action and lists evidence for the next review.

METHODOLOGY

How the framework became a quick screening tool

The source workbook contains 133 questions, including 48 auto-scored items. The public screen keeps five technical dimensions and removes questions that penalize a company for age, revenue or stage.

Five dimensions

Team, market, innovation, product and process.

Equal weights

Every dimension has the same weight.

Stage-neutral

Product is judged against promises and stated stage.

Report, not verdict

The result is a preliminary screen, not an investment decision.

Financials are excluded from the letter rating: the source framework itself marks several such scores as biased for early-stage companies.
